The Problem
This was just after COVID had really impacted many businesses. Their business has 2 retail location, and an online store.
One challenge was that supply chains were broken, and sales were impacted. Also, the website was not getting the traffic that they would like.
Lastly, the retail locations wanted more customers and traffic to those stores too.
The Solution
Starting with the basics we looked into their online competitors for the website. Then we reviewed the local traffic and views of their Google My Business pages.
Improving the SEO for their chosen keywords rapidly increased traffic but that was not enough. We then improved their Domain Authority. Moving it from a solid 29 to 65 in under 120 days.
Then we worked on the site product descriptions for keyword optimizations.
Last but certainly not least we improved theor GMB profiles and the backlinks and references for those profiles.
The Result
The results were fast for this client. The Domain Authority increased to over 65 then settled at that number. This meant they had more online authority than many of the top gun manufacturers which is huge.
Next we worked on the on page website optimizations, while also improving the GMB listings.
In the next 30 days their online GMB profiles on Google received thousands of added image views, calls, and retail visits. A dramatic improvement for the brand.

The increase in GMB views was amazing as well. This added engagement also impacted their amount of reviews. Hard work from the owner has kept the review scores high.
